Maria, Dr Tim, Cosmetic Culture

Maria joined our practice in 2003. She studied Civil Engineering at Melbourne University. She subsequently worked for Australia’s leading engineering firms McLachlan Consultants and subsequently with Kinhill. Her creativity, entrepreneurial and leadership skills have greatly contributed to the expansion and success of the company. Maria coordinates all patient-relation functions, business operations, public relations, and sales and marketing efforts. Her passion for the medical/aesthetics industry is a perfect match for this professional who thrives in an innovative, cutting-edge organization.




Ginelle  Kelly - Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Ginelle Kelly has been active in the cosmetic industry since the early 1990s. Her artistic abilities, coupled with her warm and caring personality is a winning combination! She is a trained in a wide variety of non-ablative techniques that complement the work of our surgeons and assist those wanting a non-surgical approach to self-improvement. Her aesthetic and clinical dermatology expertise serves adult, adolescent and pediatric patients. Her skills with precise technique, and wide base of knowledge have gained the respect of patients, staff, and others in the community. Her areas of expertise include: skin rejuvenation, anti-wrinkle injections, cosmetic fillers, laser hair removal, laser vein treatments, photofacials, laser skin tightening, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and skin care for acne and anti-aging.



Marilyn Cassetta - Aesthetician

Marilyn Cassetta has been a Registered Nurse since 1976, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Sonoma State University in California. Marilyn previously worked in the field of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery as a Burns Nurse for seven years (five years in Intensive Care Burns Unit and two years as a Burn Liaison Nurse).


As an Aesthetic Nurse specialist since 1986, Marilyn was America’s first nurse injector selected by the Collagen Corporation to work with a Plastic Surgeon.


She has specialised in cosmetic non-surgical procedures: dermal fillers, dermal stimulation, muscle relaxants, medium chemical peels, and microsclerotherapy.


As an Advanced Technique Trainer in Australia from 1992 to 2000, she has taught dermal filling techniques to doctors and registered nurses in the USA, New Zealand, and Australia.


She was most recently on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses and has also achieved the status of Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse in the USA and has recently published an article in “Plastic Surgery Nursing” on “Ethics in Aesthetic Nursing” (USA).


Her approach to ALL treatments is “keep it natural”.


Through a comprehensive consultation she will discuss all appropriate options from ongoing-maintenance procedures to once-off surgical procedures, helping the client to decide on what their best options are in relation to budget and lifestyle needs.

Kelly - Practice administrator


Kelly, Cosmetic Culture, Dr Tim

Kelly joined Cosmetic Culture in 2009 bringing with her an extensive background in administration and customer service, both in the corporate arena as well as, more recently, Plastic Surgery.  Her extensive knowledge in all facets of cosmetic non-surgical and surgical procedures ensures that you will find the answers you need to your initial enquiries.


Kelly organises the day-to-day running of Cosmetic Culture, Lane Cove and will be one of the first to greet you when you call or arrive.  She will endeavour to make your first, as well as each one of your follow-up visits to our Lane Cove practice a pleasant, comfortable and well informed experience.

Cheryl - Practice Manager / beauty therapist


Cheryl, Cosmetic Culture, Dr Tim

Cheryl joined Cosmetic Culture in 2002 and holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.  She previously ran her own business for over 10 years.


Cheryl is responsible for Cosmetic Culture’s Penrith Practice and coordinates all patient-relations and contact, business operations as well as advertising and marketing.


As a qualified Beauty Therapist, Cheryl has a vast amount of experience in the Cosmetic Industry as a make up artist for Television, Magazines and the Fashion Industry. With her training and extensive knowledge of all surgical and non surgical procedures, Cheryl is here to provide informed advice on your personal goals and to ensure your experience an enjoyable one.






Meg - Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Meg has an extensive medical background, which allows her to provide comprehensive care to all of her patients. She practiced as a Pediatric/Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse and later worked as a medical aesthetician for 5 years prior to joining our practice. She consistently excels in every facet of patient care, and is committed to improve the overall health and appearance of her patients' skin. Meg has a wide range of training and experience in non-ablative procedures and is meticulous at her work. Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: skin rejuvenation, anti-wrinkle -injections, cosmetic fillers, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, laser vein treatments, and general skin care service & product knowledge for acne and anti-aging.



Karen - Clinical Nurse Specialist and Aesthetician

Karen has been part of the Cosmetic Culture team since 2007. She is a Registered Nurse who completed her studies at Sydney University in 1991. With Numerous years experience in medical/surgical wards, operating theatres and private practice, her extensive knowledge and skills are an asset to Cosmetic Culture. In consultation with Dr. Papadopoulos, Karen guides and directs surgical cosmetic patients pre and post operatively, priding herself on building a strong positive rapport with every patient.
Additionally, Karen has certification and experience in non ablative techniques too. Her areas of interest and expertise include anti wrinkle injections, cosmetic fillers, laser hair removal, laser vein and scar treatment, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and medical grade skin care advice. She is available Monday- Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-12pm and one Saturday per month by appointment. Karen is willing to negotiate appointment schedules to suit individual needs.



Hannah Smith - Receptionist / Beauty Therapist


Hannah, Cosmetic Culture, Dr Tim

Hannah will be your first point of contact either by telephone or when arriving for your appointment. Having spent over 5 years experience in customer service, Hannah completed a Diploma in Beauty Therapy in 2008  and has found a love for  make-up and  skin care. She is will make you feel relaxed and at ease with her beautiful friendly personality.



Rebecca - Front Desk Administrator

Rebecca is one of the initial employees to greet you when arriving at CosmeticCulture. Her cheery face and warm smile will make you feel at ease when checking in for your appointment. With over 10 years of experience in various customer service settings, you are sure to feel valued and comfortable in Rebecca's care! She is always pleasant and happy to help you in any way that she can, as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care.
